The Physical Therapy Outcomes Registry is an approved Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for the 2019 Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS). Twenty-seven PT-specific quality measures are supported within the Registry for the 2019 MIPS reporting year. APTA's Registry is the only physical therapy–specific QCDR that has experience reporting MIPS data since 2017.
If you plan to report your 2019 MIPS data, enroll in the Registry by the June 30 deadline.
